SHIPPING TERMS
At SkinClean, we strive to ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. After placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation email with details of your order. It will then be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Usually, all items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 48 hours (provided it is a business day). However, we will notify you if an item is out of stock and inform you of the soonest dispatch date.
In Pakistan, we offer a standard shipping charge of Rs 200 on all orders, regardless of the package size.
For nationwide delivery, we use Leopard, Call Courier & PostEx services. The projected delivery time for all non-Lahore based orders is 2-4 business days.
Please note that your parcel will only be delivered to the shipping address provided and not to any alternative address.
Unexpected delays may occur with the shipment. If you don’t receive your order within the allotted time, kindly email us at hello@skincleanintl.com or call us at +92 330 3266639 / +92 306 3266639. Make sure you have your order number (provided via email when you placed your order) when you contact us.
Exchange Policy
SkinClean has a 7-day goodwill exchange policy, provided the item is returned to us in time:
- It is in its original packaging.
- The seal of each product is intact.
- The packaging of the product has not been tampered with.
Please note that items bought during a sale cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product received does not match the product you ordered.
How You Can Exchange an Item
- Email Us: Send an email to hello@skincleanintl.com to request an exchange.
- Provide Details: Include the reason for exchanging the item, your order number, and the name of the items being exchanged in the email.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back to us in its original packaging with the seal intact to:

- Receive Your Replacement: We will send your chosen replacement item to your address.
- Pay Shipping Charges: You will need to pay any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.
Returns Policy
At SkinClean, we will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged.
If you change your mind about the products you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your product(s) can be returned for a refund under the following conditions:
- Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
- Products must be sent back within 7 days from the original receipt of goods.
- Your proof of purchase or order information must be included in the return.
How You Can Return an Item
- Take a Picture: Photograph the item(s) that are damaged or faulty.
- Email Us: Send an email to hello@skincleanintl.com to request a return. Attach the pictures of the product.
- Provide Details: Include the reason for exchanging the item, your order number, and the name of the items being exchanged in the email.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back to us in its original packaging with the seal intact to:

- Receive a Coupon: We will send you a coupon of the same amount as your returned item.
- Pay Shipping Charges: You will need to pay any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.
Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel an order, the sooner you inform us, the better! We dispatch most orders within 24 hours, so be sure to notify us about cancellations as early as possible. Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, items are shipped within one business day, so it’s important that you notify us immediately.
